Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Pinnacle's Northwest Region includes Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon,
Utah, Washington and Wyoming .
Eric Schwabe directs the operations and business growth of this region for multifamily,
commercial, brokerage and public housing activities. Eric's role also includes international relations. Pinnacle Realty Management International offers management, sales
and consulting services to developers throughout Beijing and Shanghai.
Pinnacle's Northwest region manages 30,000 apartment units and 1 million square feet of commercial space. Additionally, Pinnacle's Northwest brokerage operation handles more than $200 million in real estate sales each year.
Eric joined Pinnacle in 1989 as a junior investment manager in Seattle. In 1995, he was promoted to vice president at Pinnacle's office in Portland, Oregon. Under Eric's guidance the Portland portfolio grew from 1,500 managed units to 7,500. Eric returned to the Seattle corporate office in 2001 when he was named president of the Northwest region.
In 1996, Eric received Pinnacle's "Entrepreneur of the Year" award. He also received the "Marketer of the Year" and "Rookie of the Year" awards in 1990. Eric was born and raised in the Northwest and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Washington.
