Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Pinnacle's East Region includes the eastern seaboard from Florida to Maine.
Judy Martin directs this region with her over twenty-five years of real estate property and asset management experience. Judy was named President in 2002 and has asset managed over 400 properties in thirty-eight states and supervised more than 120 property management companies.
Judy joined Pinnacle in April 1994 and prior to assuming her current position, Judy was Pinnacle's Contract Manager for the Multifamily Assessment and Analysis Services contract for the Departmental Enforcement Center of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. As Senior Asset Manager for National Housing Partnerships she provided acquisitions review and analysis for institutional owners.
